To create scripts for your Follow-Up Buckets in AXLE, follow these steps:
- Access Follow-Up Buckets:
- On the left-hand side of your AXLE portal, locate the black toolbar.
- Scroll down to Campaigns.
- Navigate to Follow-Ups:
- Click on Lists under Campaigns.
- Select Follow-Ups.
- Edit the Script:
- Locate the bucket you want to create a script for and click Edit Script next to it.
- Add your text, email, or phone script details.
- Save Changes:
- Once you’ve completed the script, click Save and Close.
Your script will now be associated with the selected follow-up bucket, making it easy for your team to execute consistent communication strategies.
