How do I create new follow up buckets?

Creating new follow-up buckets depends on your role in the organization:

  1. If You Are a Franchisee-Level User:
    • Reach out to your franchisor/leadership team to request the creation of new follow-up buckets.
  2. If You Are a Franchisor:
    • Add the request to your shared agenda for your recurring AXLE check-in calls.
  3. If you are not part of a Franchise or enterprise brand:
    • Send in a help ticket to help@axl3.com and we’ll add it to the recurring check in process.

This ensures your request is handled efficiently and aligns with your business needs.
