To merge duplicate client profiles in Mindbody, follow these steps:
- Access the Merge Tool:
- Log in to your Mindbody account.
- Navigate to Settings > Clients > Merge Duplicate Clients.
- Locate Duplicate Profiles:
- Use the Locate Duplicate Clients tool to identify potential duplicate profiles.
- Enter criteria such as first and last name to search for duplicates.
- Review and Merge:
- Review the duplicate profiles side by side.
- Select the profile you wish to keep as the primary account.
- Click Merge These Clients to combine the profiles.
