Where can I see if a lead has been contacted?

To check if a lead has been contacted:

  1. Access the Client Profile:
    • Navigate to the client’s profile in your AXLE portal.
  2. Review Client History:
    • On the profile page, locate the Client History section. This shows all mass campaigns and automations associated with the client.
  3. View Text Icon Details:
    • Click the Text icon to see all notes, text message exchanges, and outgoing/incoming calls.

This provides a complete record of interactions with the client.
